Our Guiding Principles

Good Better Best Men is founded on principles of honesty, integrity, real connection and communication with respect and without criticism.

Good Better Best Men strive to live what we say and how the Good Better Best Men organisation operates must always model our founding principles. We call this strong, positive male leadership.

The  Guiding Principles provide a framework for Good Better Best Men on which we base our organisation policies, procedures, and practices. Program development and activities, and their delivery must always be in alignment with these principles.

These Guiding Principles are not intended to be, nor should they be taken as, a full or exhaustive list of situations and circumstances. Good Better Best Men will consider and justify any departure from either the provisions or spirit of the Operating Principles.

Ethical men’s work requires judgment, interpretation, care, compassion, and balanced decision-making in context.

Good Better Best Men recognises that, while our ethical values and principles are enduring, standards of acceptable conduct are not permanently fixed. Community standards and the aspirations of men’s work will develop and change over time.
